Lazy Sunday
Took it easy today.. had breakfast with friends.. a little writing.. a little reading.. a movie.. a few dog walks.. some cooking.. tested some tech.. had a bath.. played ps3.. finished a blog post.. did some research on Picnic08.. bid on a Land Rover on Ebay.. edited some photos.
I’m glad I took it easy today.
..and so it begins raining in the Midlands.. The perfect end to one of the most un-summer like Augusts I can remember.
This coffee is so strong i think serving it up in a crystalline sugar cup is the only thing that would take the edge off it.

Jet Lag
My sleep last night was deep and dream filled, all be it only 6 hours long.
That’s more sleep than I have averaged this last week in Vegas.
I woke not long after 4am full of ideas for videos and talks. I seem to spend my life having late nights, when I think really, I am more creative in the early hours.
I drempt I was at podcamp Hawaii. I hope it’s a premanition.
Been lying in bed on the iPhone since 04:30. It’s a weird time to be awake. Lots of ideas.
Looks like the Hilton is fully booked and i get kicked out in 2 hours.. Anyone here in the Las Vegas Hilton with a spare sofa bed?
Shakes On The Plane
I woke from a light sleep and felt very strange indeed. I knew I only had seconds to take off my seatbelt and find a flight attendant. I would not make it to the bathroom. As soon as I stood up I felt feint and just managed to tell the attendant I was going to be sick before I collapsed in the aisle. It was my bodies way of telling me my brain needed oxygen. I stayed low and clambered onto a crew...
Enjoying a cup tea with my Gran & smiling at her suggestion that we both go to the shops on my motorbike. :)
